How to Apply

We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 School Year, but limited openings remain for some grades in the 2024-2025 School Year as well. If you have any questions about current openings, please contact the Admissions Office. Applications are completed online to simplify the process and allow parents to track the status of their child's application.

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Once you have created your account, you will receive an email verification link. Once your email address has been verified, you can log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will also be able to leave the application and return to it later, if needed. After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status by logging in to your account.

Please note that you will be asked to upload the following supplemental documents at the time of application:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptism Certificate (if Catholic)
  • Immunization Records
  • Psychological/Educational Evaluation (if applicable)
  • IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
  • Current and previous year report card/progress report
  • Most recent and previous year test scores (if applicable)

A non-refundable fee of $127 must be submitted with each application, and students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade will be asked to participate in ABC Educational Screening, to be arranged directly with ABC. (Instructions for scheduling will be provided.) Pre-K applicants will be invited to visit the classroom for an observation as a part of their admissions process.

Note: If you are applying for one of our Special Education programs, please contact the Admissions Office for an overview of the application and screening process.

We truly appreciate your interest! If you have questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact Meagan Kopp at mkopp@olgsch.org or 336-275-1522 ext. 104.
